The plastic industry is one of the industries where glow in the dark powder is most widely used, and plastic injection process is the most common. Glow in the dark powder can be used in injection molding process with various plastic materials such as PP, PE, PVC, PU, PS, ABS, TPR, EVA, PMMA, Nylon, etc，making various products such as plastic toys, hard hats, plastic cups and other safety products. Glowing in the dark powder can greatly improve product appearance, interest and safety.

We have specially developed glow in the dark powder for injection molding. Compare to ordinary glow in the dark powder , the product is less likely to be blacken while using it.When mixing glow in the dark pigment with plastic raw materials, the shape of raw materials should be similar to that of glow in the dark powder ( for example , plastic powder mix with glow in the dark powder, plastic masterbatch mix with luminous masterbatch), so that it is easier to mix evenly, making glow in the dark powder have better dispersion in the final product

Generally speaking, the higher the proportion of glow in the dark powder in the final product, the brighter the product will be. However, according to our test, when the proportion of  glow in the dark powder in final product exceeds 10% – 15%, the product is prone to blackening. Therefore,the specific proportion needs to be comprehensively considered by the customer according to the cost, brightness and testing situation
